BiographyAtty. John Rey Roxas Codilla graduated as Class Valedictorian and Magna Cum Laude from Davao Oriental State University in 2016, earning his Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English. He pursued further education and obtained his Master of Arts in Education, specializing in Sociology, in 2019 - reflecting his early commitment to understanding the social aspects of law and justice.
He completed his Juris Doctor degree as Class First Honors in 2025 and passed the Philippine Bar Examinations the same year. As a Licensed Professional Teacher, Atty. John Rey combines the rigor, patience, and clarity of an educator with his legal practice, making complex legal matters accessible and understandable for every client.
