Atty. John Rey Codilla graduated as Class Valedictorian and Magna Cum Laude from Davao Oriental State University in 2016. He holds a Master of Arts in Education specializing in Sociology (2019), and a Juris Doctor with Class First Honors (2025).
A Licensed Professional Teacher who passed the Bar Examinations in 2025, he represented the Philippines and Asia-Pacific at the 2025 Price Media Law Moot Court Finals at Oxford University. His dedication to public service and constant justice remains his highest commitment.
